Sandpiper Villas are 2 story townhouses located next to the resort. All of the Villas are beachfront, with parking right at your front door (very convenient). As with the Condominiums, when you reserve a Villa you still have access to ALL of the resort's amenities, activities, and service (housekeeping, maintenance, resort services, etc.)
This is a unique combination and very difficult to find in Panama City Beach Hotels, Resorts, and Condos.
Villas are typically rented with a minimum length stay required, and are usually reserved well in advance of the scheduled date of arrival.
