Studios without a kitchen

So long as at least one person in your group (the head signer) is 18 years old, you can stay here with us. 

Unlike the majority of Panama City Beach Hotels who try to discourage younger guests staying, we welcome you to stay here with us. 

Yes! We accept small dogs up to 25lbs, for a small additional per-night, per pet fee.

Check-in time is 5pm or later. Early check-in is available starting at 11 am for an additional fee. Our check out time is at 10 am.

You can register for your room anytime after 11am. 

If your room is ready, we will issue your room keys and you are all set. 

If your room is not ready yet (because housekeeping have not had chance to prepare it for you yet) we will issue everybody in your group wristbands.

This will give you full access to all of the pools, amenities and activities around the Resort. That way you can get your vacation started, no matter what time it is. 

We will take a phone number of somebody in your group and call you as soon as your room becomes available. At that time, you can return to the lobby at your convenience and complete the check-in process.

Your room is guaranteed to be ready no later than 5pm. It is exceptionally rare that it would ever be as late as 5pm. 

Not all our rooms and suites have kitchens, but those that do come equipped with all of the essential pots / pans / utensils etc. that most people are likely to need during their stay.

Sometimes (unfortunately) some of our items can go missing when guests check out, so it’s possible that you may find something missing.

If that’s the case, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll do our best to track down a replacement and bring it up to your room for you as quickly as we can. 

If there’s a very specific item that you must have, or something that’s a little less common you may want to pack one and bring it just in case.

However, we will do everything we can to make sure you have what you need during your stay.
