Panama City Beach Summer Concert Series
No trip to Panama City Beach in summer is complete without at least one wander down to Aaron Bessant Park with your lawn chairs and blankets for the Summer Concert Series.
Every Thursday night from 7pm to 9pm, locals and visitors alike are welcomed into the Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater with their coolers, food, (and even pets!), to listen to sweet summer tunes. Best of all, this recurring event runs from June 4 to August 6, 2026, so there’s still plenty of time to mark it on your calendar!
Sunday Fun Day
If you’ve been waiting for an opportunity to visit Shell Island in Panama City Beach, here it is! PCB boat tour agency Flippin’ Awesome Adventures offers a special ‘Sunday Fun Day’ event from February to November, with locals and visitors being offered a chance to head to Shell Island at a discounted rate.
While there, you can enjoy the ultimate beach day, with snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and watercraft. One of the best ways to explore the island is on a dolphin tour.
Paint and Sip at St. Andrews State Park
Not everyone is an outdoor adventurer. If you consider yourself to be more of a creative type, you’re well catered to with Paint and Sip at St. Andrews State Park.
Held at the Jetties on July 25th and August 29th, the sip-and-paint event is a relaxing, guided paint session at sunset. The first drink is included with your ticket purchase, and additional drinks can be purchased from concessions. Panama City Beach Winery will also be offering wine samples! All painting equipment is provided.
Duplin Winery Karaoke
Think you can hold a tune? Looking for somewhere fun to spend your evenings? There’s no better place to be every Wednesday from 4.30pm to 7.30pm than at Duplin Winery for karaoke. The event is free to join, and there are many wonderful opportunities to make friends and sing to your heart’s content!
Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort Events and Activities
Making the most of the remaining days of summer doesn’t always have to mean venturing out and about in PCB. If you stay at a beach resort in PCB like Sandpiper Beacon, there’s plenty to keep you entertained on-site!
Swimming
Don’t fancy heading down to the beach just yet? No problem! Cool off or warm up in our many on-site swimming pools. There are two seasonally heated indoor and outdoor pools at Sandpiper Beacon, as well as a seasonally heated indoor lazy river. Slide pools are open from 10am to 10pm daily, and the indoor pool is open until 11pm. If you need longer, the main pool and hot tub close at midnight daily.
Mini Golf
Show off your golfing skills at our on-site nine-hole golf course. Located right on the beachfront, you can enjoy a game or two with a beautiful backdrop of white sandy beaches and emerald waters. Collect your golf balls and putters from the hotel lobby, and start playing.
Nightlife
You’re on vacation, so treat yourself! Sip on a tropical drink and soak up the beautiful views from our Dolphin Bar and Tiki Bar. The Dolphin Bar offers friendly service, tropical drinks – including the signature tropical pineapple drink served in a pineapple, and the famous Beer Bucket. You’re also bound to enjoy Ladies Night, Happy Hour, football games, family karaoke, and live music at the on-site Tiki Bar.
Arcade Game Room
If you need somewhere to beat the heat at the end of summer, venture down to the Arcade Game Room. This fun indoor space, next to the Ice Cream Shop, features old-school classics, the latest racing simulators, sniper games, a Grab-A-Prize game, and even an air hockey table.
