We’ll update this list of the best Panama City Beach Tuna Dip locations as we discover new contenders.

Buddy’s Seafood Market

Not only is the tuna dip from Buddy’s tasty, you can also take it back to your hotel room and enjoy it on your balcony with views of the Gulf. This isn’t very scientific but we find it tastes even better with a glass of wine and watching a sunset. Feel free to experiment for yourself and see if we’re right. There’s even a disclaimer on their website telling you that they are not responsible for “tuna dip addiction” so you’ve been warned.

Schooners

If you’re already at Schooner’s to grab a casual lunch with a view, you should definitely order a smoked tuna dip to share. It’s topped with spices, and served with tortilla chips and jalapeños. What we like about this one, is that it’s so rich and has a deep smoky flavor.

Dee’s Hang Out

This is about as casual and laid back as it gets. You literally do not need a shirt or shoes to enter and eat at Dee’s. They’ve been serving tuna dip for over 20 years here in Panama City Beach, and now you can even order it online. Smoked to perfection, vacuumed sealed and ready to share. It’s a great way to pack it up in a beach bag for the day along with some sandwiches and chips for dipping.

Patches Pub & Grill

You can enjoy cold beer and live local bands at Patches. This is a pretty solid way to enjoy an order of smoked tuna dip. It’s smoked on the patio bar, with hickory chips to give it an extra deep taste. Served with flash-fried tortilla chips, jalapeños and pico, it’s guaranteed to not make it to the to-go box.

Tuna Dip at Salty Sue’s

Salty Sue’s is one of our favorite restaurant’s to recommend for numerous reasons. Serving up a great menu with more to offer than just seafood, there really is something here for everybody. Sue’s serves what they call their “crowd pleasing favorite” smoked tuna dip. It’s an appetizer large enough for your whole family to share and is comes with crispy corn tortilla chips and jalapeños on the side.

Hook’d Pier Bar

You’ll find Hook’d located at the entrance to Pier Park. Since it overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, it’s easily one of the best places in Panama City Beach to order some. Somehow, the tuna dip served here tastes even better with a delicious cocktail in hand as well. Hook’d tuna dip is served with tortilla chips, celery, carrots and jalapeños – so you can make it as spicy or mild as you like.
